Digital Marketing Executive

GradeUp Uniforms is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate qualified leads through digital channels. This is a remote work-from-home position, (once a week office) where the primary responsibility is to build our brand online, increase website traffic, improve search rankings, manage social media, and generate quality enquiries from schools, hospitals, corporates, and other organizations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation. This role requires someone who can take ownership of our digital growth and continuously improve our online visibility and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
• Manage and optimize the company website for SEO, user experience, and lead conversions.
• Improve Google search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create marketing campaigns targeting schools, educational institutions, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and businesses.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Build and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Generate and manage leads through landing pages, online forms, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital enquiries.
• Design basic creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Social media marketing and content planning.
• Copywriting and content creation skills.
• Basic graphic design using Canva or Adobe Express.
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience marketing B2B products or services is preferred.
• Experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles, education, healthcare, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
