Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and brand visibility for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-converting digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Meta platforms, and other online marketing channels. The candidate must have a proven track record of generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and increasing sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
Manage and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
Develop lead generation strategies to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
Generate organic leads through SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.
Create and manage social media calendars, posts, promotions, and engagement activities.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead allocation and conversion tracking.
Manage website content updates, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Optimize marketing budgets and improve campaign effectiveness.
Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and marketing content to attract potential customers.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Build brand awareness and enhance online presence across multiple digital platforms.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Ads.
Expertise in lead generation campaigns, especially in the real estate sector.
Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
