Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
Manage campaign budgets and maximize marketing ROI.
Create and oversee landing pages for better lead conversion.
Lead SEO, SEM, content marketing, and website optimization initiatives.
Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CRM analytics.
Manage agency partners, vendors, and in-house marketing teams.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Drive branding, social media, and online reputation management.
Monitor competitor activities and real estate market trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Implement marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM workflows.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking across all digital platforms.
Achieve monthly lead generation, revenue, and growth targets.
