Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to grow organic traffic for Baagul Marketing and client sites.
• Keyword Research: Find profitable keywords, content topics, and low-competition ranking opportunities.
• Content Planning: Build blog content plans, outlines, and SEO briefs for writers.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, and content structure.
• Backlink Building: Earn high-quality backlinks via outreach, guest posts, niche edits, and PR.
• Growth Tracking: Monitor rankings, traffic, impressions, and conversions using SEO tools.
• Website Audits: Identify SEO issues, content gaps, technical problems, and ranking opportunities.
• Team Coordination: Work with writers, designers, developers, and outreach members to improve performance.
• Reporting: Share simple weekly/monthly reports on rankings, traffic, backlinks, and progress.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience: 3+ years in SEO, organic growth, blogging, or content/affiliate websites.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong grasp of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword research.
• Backlinks: Proven link building, blogger outreach, guest posting, and quality checking.
• Content: Solid understanding of blog SEO, content planning, search intent, and topical authority.
• Tools: Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Sheets/Excel.
• Organic Focus: We don't run paid ads, so organic growth experience matters more than paid marketing.
• Data Smart: Able to read SEO data, spot problems, and make practical fixes to grow traffic.
• Bonus: Affiliate/coupon sites, WordPress, HARO/digital PR, or managing writer/outreach teams.
