Job Description
1. Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create and upload product listings on marketplaces & websites
Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and bullet points
Ensure correct pricing, specifications, and images
Manage variations (size, color, models, bundles)
2. Marketplace Management
Handle seller panels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Ajio, etc
Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and errors
Update A+ content / brand store (where applicable)
3. Inventory & Order Management
Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Prevent stockouts and overstocking
Process orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds
Coordinate with warehouse & logistics partners
4. Sales Monitoring & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Analyze bestsellers and slow-moving products
Prepare performance reports with insights & recommendations
Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, AOV
5. Customer Experience Management
Respond to customer queries and reviews
Monitor ratings and work to improve seller performance metrics
6. SEO & Content Optimization
Conduct keyword research for better product visibility
Optimize listings to improve search ranking
A/B test titles, images, and descriptions
7. Coordination With Internal Teams
Work with marketing for banners and ad creatives
Coordinate with product team for specifications & launches
Align with logistics for smooth dispatches
Share feedback from customers and marketplace trends
Skills Required
- Knowledge of marketplace panels
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & ads
