Electronic Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing electronic systems and embedded solutions for advanced industrial and consumer applications. The role involves working on power electronics, PCB development, embedded systems, and hardware integration while ensuring product reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and validate analog and digital electronic circuits

* Develop schematic designs and multilayer PCB layouts using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or EasyEDA

* Work on power electronics systems including SMPS, motor control, induction systems, and power conversion circuits

* Develop, program, and debug embedded systems using ESP32, microcontrollers, and related platforms

* Perform circuit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and failure analysis

* Select and evaluate electronic components such as ICs, MOSFETs, resistors, capacitors, sensors, and communication modules

* Optimize thermal performance, power efficiency, and system reliability

* Interface hardware with communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and wireless modules

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, test reports, and design files

* Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software teams for complete system integration

* Ensure products comply with safety, EMC, and applicable industry standards

* Support prototype development, validation testing, and production activities

Required Technical Skills - Core Electronics

* Strong understanding of Analog and Digital Electronics

* Good knowledge of Power Electronics and high-current/high-voltage systems

* Experience in Embedded Systems and Microcontroller-based designs

PCB & Hardware Design

* PCB Design and Layout using:

 * Altium Designer

 * KiCad

 * EasyEDA

* Schematic capture and BOM preparation

* Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations and thermal management

Embedded & Communication

* Experience with ESP32, ARM, or similar microcontrollers

* Knowledge of communication protocols:

 * UART

 * SPI

 * I2C

 * CAN Bus

Testing & Debugging

* Hands-on experience with:

 * Oscilloscopes

 * Multimeters

 * Power analyzers

 * Logic analyzers

* Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
