Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – HR to provide comprehensive administrative and HR support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing executive operations while also contributing to core HR functions. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support:

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily schedules

Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership

Handle phone calls and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly

Maintain confidential documents and ensure smooth communication flow

Assist with project management and general administrative tasks


HR-Related Responsibilities:

Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

Support performance management and appraisal processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters


Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Assistant, or in a similar dual-role position

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and professional email communication

Multilingual fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
