Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients for software services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals, service packages, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
2. Lead Generation & Sales
Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital outreach.
Qualify potential clients, analyze their needs, and propose relevant software solutions.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client requirements and feedback.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product and technical teams for service enhancements.
Prepare detailed reports on business performance, sales metrics, and forecasts.
5. Collaboration & Communication
Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns, sales collateral, and outreach strategies.
Conduct presentations, demos, and client workshops to showcase the company’s software capabilities.
Work closely with project managers to align client expectations with project delivery timelines.
