About the CompanyS D Food Products is a leading manufacturer of premium vacuum-fried fruits, vegetables, and healthy snacks under the brand Healthy Bites. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the vacuum frying machine during production.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely.
• Maintain the required frying temperature, vacuum pressure, and processing time.
• Check product quality such as color, texture, crispiness, and moisture content.
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of the machine and production area.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any breakdowns or abnormalities.
• Record production details, machine parameters, and batch information.
• Ensure proper handling and filtration of edible oil as per company procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in packaging and production activities whenever required.
• Minimize product wastage and maintain production efficiency.
• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and meet daily production targets.
• EligibilitySSLC / PUC / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
• 0-1 years of experience in operating food processing or manufacturing machines.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures.
