Fashion Consultant

As a Fashion Consultant you are responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by providing personalized styling advice, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards. The role requires strong fashion awareness, customer engagement skills, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits and accessories
• Provide personalized styling advice based on current trends and brand collections
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on latest fashion trends, promotions, and product knowledge
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively

Key Requirements

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in retail/fashion (freshers with strong interest can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
