Work Mode: Office + Local Field Travel (within 10–15 km radius) Working Days: Monday – Saturday

We are redefining neighbourhood healthcare through expert doctors, modern clinical technology, and a strong patient-first experience. As we expand our local footprint across Bengaluru, we are looking for a driven Field Marketing Executive to own our on-ground brand presence, community outreach, and lead generation efforts.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, on-field role focused on executing BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, local brand activations, and community engagement initiatives that directly drive qualified leads and footfalls to Laksha Care Clinic. Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Activations & On-Ground Promotions
- Execute targeted BTL campaigns including apartment society camps, RWA engagements, school/college drives, and corporate wellness tie-ups
- Set up and manage outdoor branding assets — banners, standees, flex boards, auto hood branding, pamphlet drops, and kiosks at high-footfall zones
- Identify and activate key local touchpoints: gyms, salons, malls, banks, bus stops, and residential societies for maximum brand exposure
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
- Drive qualified lead capture across all field activations and events through structured data collection (forms, QR codes, direct enquiries)
- Coordinate closely with the clinic's front desk and CRM team to ensure leads are followed up and converted into consultations/walk-ins
- Meet weekly and monthly lead targets set in alignment with the Marketing Head
3. Health Camp & Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps, free dental/skin screening sessions, and community awareness events
- Manage end-to-end logistics: permissions, vendor coordination, material setup, and on-site execution
- Ensure every event is professionally represented and aligned with brand standards
4. Local Partnerships & Community Tie-ups
- Build and nurture referral partnerships with apartments, schools, fitness centres, salons, pharmacies, and local businesses
- Develop cross-promotional collaborations that ensure consistent brand visibility in the neighbourhood
- Represent Laksha Care Clinic as a trusted healthcare brand within the local community
5. Reporting, Tracking & Brand Compliance
- Maintain a weekly field activity calendar with geo-tagged activity reports and photo documentation
- Track and report on key metrics: leads generated, walk-ins, event attendance, and estimated conversions
- Ensure all brand materials are current, properly placed, and in line with brand guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Street-smart, energetic, and self-motivated — someone who owns their field territory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with diverse audiences (residents, corporates, shop owners)
- Target-oriented mindset with a bias for execution and follow-through
- Comfortable with daily field travel and on-ground activations
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Marketing or Business (preferred; 12th pass with strong field experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in field marketing, BTL activations, events, or promotions
- Prior experience in healthcare, retail, FMCG, wellness, or EdTech is a strong advantage
- Fluency in Kannada + English is essential; Hindi is an added advantage
- Must own a two-wheeler (fuel and travel allowance provided)
