We’re Hiring – Field Recruiter | Blue Collar
Company: ileads Auxiliary services pvt ltd
Location: Silk Board, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time, Field Work
Salary: ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Source blue-collar candidates through field activities
- Conduct job fairs and walk-in drives
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Manage on-ground candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- Experience in bulk hiring/field recruitment
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Good communication in Kannada & Hindi
