Field Sales Executive

We at Indiana International Corporation Flooring Pvt Ltd are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with an experience of 1-3 yrs to promote and sell flooring solutions including Vinyl, WPC Deck Flooring, Wooden Flooring, Sports Flooring, Bamboo Flooring, along with allied products such as Thermolock Wall Plasters, Handrails, and Self-Levelling Compounds. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, sales closure, and long-term relationship management across residential, commercial, and project segments.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and project sales

·       Meet and engage with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and walk-in clients

·       Recommend suitable flooring and surface solutions based on client needs and budgets

·       Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales

·       Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

·       Maintain customer records and follow up on collections

·       Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

·       Conduct site visits and measurements as required

·       Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

           •          Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)

           •          Proven experience in flooring, tiles, or building materials sales

           •          Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

           •          Ability to build and maintain relationships with architects and contractors

           •          Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Preferred

           •          Experience in project-based sales

           •          Knowledge of flooring installation processes

           •          Valid two-wheeler license

           •          Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM, email)
