Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the compressor market
Handle key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
Promote and sell compressors, spare parts, and service solutions
Review and approve techno-commercial quotations
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance through CRM software
Ensure proper CRM usage for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
Coordinate with service, operations, and accounts teams for smooth execution
Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and site inspections
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-ups
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of compressors (air compressors, screw compressors, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with CRM software (CRM, or similar)
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
