Finance And Accounts Manager

Core Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally (voucher entries, ledgers, journals)
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations

🔹 Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Monitor budgets vs actuals and highlight variances

🔹 Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and filing of returns
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

🔹 Payroll & Expense Management

• Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions
• Monitor employee reimbursements and company expenses
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and financial policies

🔹 Cash Flow & Banking

• Manage company cash flow and working capital
• Handle banking transactions, loans, and credit facilities
• Forecast financial requirements

🔹 Internal Controls & Audit

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Detect and prevent errors or fraud
• Support audit processes and documentation

🔹 Team & Process Management

• Supervise junior accountants or finance staff
• Improve accounting processes and efficiency
• Train team members on accounting systems like Tally

🔹 Skills Expected with Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (B.Com foundation)
• Practical experience in Tally
• Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Understanding of GST and Indian taxation.
