Job Description (Job Summary + Job Responsibilities)
Job Summary:Finance Intern, PTP Role involves scanning of Invoices - both supply of goods and services to Accenture DFM. This involves both uploading the invoices in the Shared Drive Folder as well as sending them in mails.,
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt of InvoicesCheck if the Tracker is updated for submission
- Check for Approval Signatures / Mails
- Check for Supporting Documents
- Bifurcate vendor invoices for Direct to Mail Box & Other vendors
Scanning of Invoices and Filing Process
- Bifurcate the invoices and Upload in Folder / send in mail to the correct mail box for India - AP / IC / Manual / Hot etc
- Save the invoices with Correct File Name as per the Required Templates for each catagory
- Track and mention the URN Number to ensure that all invoices reached the destination
- Co-Ordinate for Storage of the invoice Documents in Boxes for Future Reference
- All scanned Documents to be uploaded in Shared Folder for Future Reference on daily basis
- Co-Ordinate with Accenture / WH / SCM teams:Keeping Track of the Invoices Not submitted and follow up with WH and SCM / User Departments
- Supporting in Reconciling the Invoices Submitted Vs Scanned Vs Accounted
- Supporting Finance Team in other incidental and auxiliary activities.
- Minimum Qualifications:Education: B.Com
- Experience: Fresher / Minimum Experience
- Technical Skills:
- Exposure to Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Skills:Fair Knowledge in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Good communication in Writing and Spoken in English and adaptability.
