Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Project Engineer

Job SummaryThe Façade Fitter is responsible for the installation, fitting, and assembly of façade systems such as curtain walls, unitized systems, ACP cladding, glazing, doors, windows, canopies, and other architectural façade elements at project sites. The role requires the ability to read drawings, use installation tools, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained during execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and assemble façade systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Carry out installation of:
• Curtain Wall Systems
• Unitized & Semi-Unitized Façades
• ACP Cladding
• Structural Glazing
• Doors & Windows
• Canopies and Skylights
• Measure, align, level, and secure façade components accurately.
• Handle aluminium profiles, glass panels, brackets, anchors, and related materials.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and measuring instruments safely.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other site workers to complete installations as per schedule.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of materials during installation.
• Report material shortages, damages, and site issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness at the work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of façade installation and glazing activities.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and site instructions.
• Familiarity with installation tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of measurements, alignment, and fixing methods.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor site conditions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• QualificationITI / Diploma / SSLC or equivalent.
• Relevant certification in fitting, fabrication, or construction trades is an added advantage.
• ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in façade installation, glazing, aluminium works, or construction-related projects.
• Experience in curtain wall, ACP cladding, unitized systems, and structural glazing preferred.
• Safety RequirementsFollow all site safety rules and permit requirements.
• Use PPE such as safety helmet, safety belt, gloves, safety shoes, and reflective vest.
• Adhere to work-at-height safety procedures and toolbox talks.
