Fleet Executive Driver Recruitment & Fleet Operations
Location: Bengaluru
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Executive with a strong focus on Driver Recruitment and Onboarding to support our growing corporate transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and hire drivers through field recruitment, references, social media, and local networks.
* Conduct driver interviews and verify driving licenses and other documents.
* Complete driver onboarding, induction, and deployment processes.
* Maintain an active database of drivers and ensure continuous hiring to meet operational requirements.
* Coordinate driver attachment as per client and operational requirements.
* Monitor driver attendance, replacements, and availability.
* Coordinate with operations teams for daily driver and vehicle deployment.
* Maintain driver records and compliance documents.
* Handle driver engagement and retention activities.
* Support fleet operations and vendor coordination as required.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in Driver Recruitment, Fleet Operations, Employee Transportation, Car Rental, Logistics, or Transportation Industry.
* Strong network and experience in driver hiring.
* Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and operational activities.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
