Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all fleet vehicles through GPS tracking systems on a real-time basis
- Ensure vehicles operate as per assigned routes and schedules
- Track vehicle stoppages, idle time, and route deviations
- Immediately coordinate with drivers in case of delays, breakdowns, or route issues
- Maintain accurate daily tracking reports and logs
- Report unauthorized usage or unusual vehicle activity to management
- Coordinate with the operations team for route planning and optimization
- Ensure adherence to VRMK operational policies and safety standards
- Monitor fuel efficiency and highlight discrepancies if any
- Support in handling emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of GPS tracking systems and fleet monitoring tools
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, reporting tools)
