🚀 WE ARE HIRING – FREELANCE RECRUITERS (Commission-Based Only)

Lynkroot Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its freelance recruitment network and is looking for motivated, result-oriented recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition.

📍 Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

🏠 Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation⚠️ This is a purely Commission-Based Freelance Opportunity.

• No Fixed Salary / No Monthly Stipend.
• Recruiters will earn commission for successful candidate closures.
• A 90-day clawback period is applicable. Commission will be released only after the placed candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment with the client.
• Commission is payable only after the clawback period is completed and as per company policy.

What You'll Do:

✅ Source and screen candidates across various domains

✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment process

✅ Work on Bulk Hiring, BPO, IT, Non-IT, and Lateral Hiring mandates

✅ Maintain quality candidate pipelines and timely closures

Eligibility:

✔ Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (Freelance or Corporate)

✔ Good communication and sourcing skills

✔ Experience in Bulk Hiring, BPO, IT, Non-IT, or Lateral Hiring is preferred

Mandatory Requirements:

🌐 Stable Wi-Fi/Internet Connection is Mandatory

📱 Own Mobile Phone for Candidate Coordination
