Job Description

We are looking for a smart and friendly Receptionist to manage Front Desk Executive at our Laptop Store. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and basic computer knowledge
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and guide customers with product/service information.
- Attend calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
- Assist in showcasing laptops, accessories, and promotions.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain visitor logs, stock entry notes, and invoices.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams.
- Manage appointment scheduling for repairs or demos.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable.
- Requirements Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Customer-focused with polite and professional behavior.
