Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities –Designer

·        Design and develop custom wallpaper and 3D wallpaper concepts based on client requirements, preferences, and site conditions.

·        Create innovative and visually appealing designs for both residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring alignment with current design trends and client expectations.

·        Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, high resolution, and proper colour settings to meet large-format printing standards.

·        Maintain a well-structured and organized design library, including project files, design assets, and templates for efficient access and reuse.

·        Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop engaging creatives for social media, advertisements, brochures, and promotional campaigns.

·        Modify and refine designs based on customer feedback, site requirements, and project revisions, ensuring client satisfaction.

·        Ensure all designs strictly adhere to print quality standards, including clarity, scaling, colour accuracy, and material compatibility.

·        Create realistic 3D mock-ups and previews to help clients visualize the final output on their walls or flooring before execution.

·        Coordinate with the production and installation team to ensure design feasibility and smooth project execution.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, 3D visualization, and digital design tools to continuously enhance design quality.

Requirements

·        Graphic Design or related field

·        Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or similar tools

·        Basic AI Knowledge & Latest Trends Knowledge

·        Strong creative thinking and design skills

·        Basic understanding of interior décor and wallpaper designs

·        Ability to create print-ready files (dimensions, resolution)

·        Good attention to detail and quality standards

·        Ability to understand client requirements and meet deadlines

·        Basic knowledge of photo editing and social media creatives

·        Good communication and teamwork skills .
