Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Team Members - GRE at our Family Entertainment Centres.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with retail/hospitality experience
- Good communication skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage floor operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and guide team members to ensure service excellence
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with technical and support teams
- Monitor staff performance and shift productivity
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail / hospitality / QSR / entertainment industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle high footfall environments
- Flexible to work in shifts
