Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Back Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls and send emails to potential clients
  • Present products/services professionally and identify client needs
  • Build long-term client relationships and close sales
  • Schedule calls/meetings and maintain CRM records
  • Achieve sales targets and share periodic performance reports
  • Handle back-office sales (no field work)

Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • Immediate joiner
  • Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English
  • Experience in cold calling and inside sales
  • Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
