Job Description
Job Summary: The Hiring Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring targets.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through data's,job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and referral networks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Team Handling & People Management: Guide and mentor Recruitment Executives or Recruitment Associates.
- Allocate hiring requirements among team members and monitor progress.
- Track team performance against hiring KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review recruitment status and address challenges.
- Provide training and coaching on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure high levels of team productivity and candidate experience.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
