Housekeeping Supervisor

Looking for Housekeeping Supervisor oversees cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in hotels, hospitals, or commercial facilities. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training staff, inspecting rooms/areas, managing supply inventories, and resolving guest complaints to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, manage staff schedules, provide training, and offer performance feedback.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Operations & Inventory: Monitor cleaning supplies, manage inventory levels, and order new supplies as needed.
• Guest Services: Promptly resolve guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
