Job Title: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Employment Type: Full-time (Typically Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Position Overview: Radical Minds is a rapidly growing BPO and IT solutions provider. We are seeking an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts focusing on high-volume hiring for domestic and international customer support processes (Voice/Blended/Chat). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong networking and headhunting capabilities to meet daily and weekly staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various BPO and customer support roles.
- Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize multiple channels to discover top talent, including major job boards (Naukri, Indeed), social media platforms, professional networks (LinkedIn), and internal referral networks.
- BTL & Field Recruitment: Organize or actively participate in Below-The-Line (BTL) hiring activities, job fairs, and campus/field recruitment drives across Bangalore to secure high-volume walk-ins.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for essential BPO criteria, including language proficiency (English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.), communication skills, soft skills, and process adaptability.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with team leaders and operations managers to understand dynamic workforce demands and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Handhold selected candidates through the documentation, background verification, and formal onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition into the training phase.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream (A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of compulsory experience in volume recruitment, ideally within a BPO, customer care, or consultancies handling bulk hiring.
- Languages: Strong command of spoken and written English. Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Traits: High energy, exceptional time-management skills, and the resilience to hit aggressive daily line-up targets.
