Job Description
•HR Executive -
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment & hiring activities
• Handle employee onboarding &H MR documentation
•Maintain attendance, leave & employee records
‣Coordinate salary & statutory compliance
•Handle employee queries, grievances & discipline
* Support performance appraisal & training activities
.Ensure HR policies & company rules are followed
. Manage exit formalities & full & final settlement
.Skills RequiredKnowledge of HR & recruitment
processes
'Basic understanding of labor laws, PF & ESI
'Good communication & coordination skills
.Good communication & coordination skills
* Ability to handle employee relations
‣Basic MS Excel & documentation skills
•Time management & problem-solving ability
‣ Experience in manufacturing / construction preferred.
Timing: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) ,2nd , 3rd &4th - Saturday (9:30 am to 1:30pm)
Eligibility Criteria: Fresher and Experienced (0-2 years), Any Graduates can apply.
