With nearly 40 full-service dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan, Pizza 4P's is an innovative pizza brand rooted in the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi, wholehearted, unconditional hospitality. Following the successful launch of our first India store at Indiranagar, Bangalore in December 2023, we are now gearing up to open 2–3 more restaurants in 2026.

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment as we scale our India presence. You will get hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and HR administration across multiple store openings.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media

• Source and screen CVs for multiple store-level and corporate roles

• Schedule and coordinate telephonic and in-person interview rounds

• Maintain the applicant tracking sheet and recruitment dashboard

• Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance, documents, and joining

• Collect, verify, and organize pre-joining documents and employee files

• Coordinate induction and orientation schedules for new joiners

• Support data entry and employee record management

Who We Are Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / BA in HR or Business Administration

• Fresher or up to 1 year of HR/admin internship experience

• Good communication skills, verbal and written English

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership
