Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & HiringManage end-to-end recruitment for fitness, corporate, and support roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- HR OperationsMaintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and relieving letters.
- Support payroll inputs, full & final settlement, and employee benefits administration.
- Employee Engagement & RelationsBuild a positive work culture and improve employee engagement.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Able to manage 50+Employees.
- Plan employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
