 End-to-end recruitment process

 Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media

 Screening and shortlisting profiles

 Scheduling and coordinating interviews

 Conducting HR telephonic interviews

 Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups

 Handling employee onboarding and joining formalities

 Maintaining employee attendance records

 Assisting in salary processing and payroll activities

 Managing leave records and HR documentation

 Preparing HR reports using Excel

 Coordinating with employees for HR-related queries
