Job Title: HR Recruiter – Delivery Partner Hiring (Zepto / BigBasket / Blinkit)

Location: WFH
Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
Experience: Freshers welcome / up to 1 year in recruitment
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken), along with basic Hindi/English
About the Role:
We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end sourcing and onboarding of Delivery Partners for leading quick-commerce and delivery platforms such as Zepto, BigBasket, and Blinkit. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume, field-level hiring and speaking directly with candidates in Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for Delivery Partner / Rider roles
Conduct telephonic and walk-in interviews in Kannada, Hindi, or English
Coordinate with candidates for documentation and onboarding formalities
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets set by the team
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers
Coordinate with client (Zepto/BigBasket/Blinkit) teams for onboarding schedules
Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and reduce drop-offs
Requirements:
Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory
Good communication skills in Hindi/English
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience can apply
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
Willing to work 6 days a week
