Job Overview: Radical Minds is seeking an energetic, target-driven, and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on high-volume bulk hiring for our domestic and international BPO customer support processes (Voice, Blended, and Chat).

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong calling, screening, and headhunting capabilities to meet aggressive daily interview lineup and footfall targets.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementSource high-quality candidate profiles using major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), social media, and professional networks.
• Leverage alternative sourcing methods, including internal employee referrals, local job groups, and community networks.
• Maintain and clean a massive, active candidate database for ongoing and future process demands.
• 👥 Screening & SelectionConduct cold calls and perform initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates for essential BPO criteria, specifically language/communication proficiency (English, Hindi, and regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) and overall soft skills.
• Brief candidates thoroughly regarding the job requirements, location, shift timings, and work format.
• 🚀 Footfall Generation & Drive ManagementDrive continuous, aggressive daily walk-in footfalls at our Bangalore facility through consistent call follow-ups, SMS, and WhatsApp engagement.
• Organize and coordinate daily walk-in campaigns, bulk hiring activities, and specialized recruitment drives.
• Ensure maximum candidate turnout for scheduled interview schedules.
• 📊 Coordination & ReportingCollaborate closely with internal team leaders, process trainers, and operations managers to track dynamic workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate, daily/weekly recruitment MIS trackers and hiring reports.
• Handhold selected candidates through the initial document submission and onboarding process before training begins.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, MBA-HR, or equivalent).

• Experience: 1–2 years of compulsory experience in BPO bulk-hiring or volume recruitment. (High-performing freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered).
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills alongside professional proficiency in Hindi and/or a regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu).
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna) and basic MS Office applications (specifically MS Excel for tracking data).
• Traits: High energy, persuasive negotiation abilities, excellent telephone etiquette, and the resilience to hit daily sourcing targets.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily candidate calling and sourcing volume.
• Number of interviews lined up vs. actual footfall turnout ratio.
• Selection and final joining conversion ratios.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) to close scaling requirements for new customer support processes.
