Inside Sales Executive

Reporting To : Inside Sales Manager / Sales Head
1. About Hakke Industries
Hakke Industries manufactures poles, high-masts, structural steel, and pre-engineered buildings, serving infrastructure and industrial sectors across South India.
2. Job Purpose
Handle sales leads, follow up with customers, coordinate quotations, maintain CRM, and convert enquiries into orders while supporting field sales teams.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leads from various sources and qualify requirements
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and relationships
- Collect technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinate quotation preparation and submission
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Support sales conversion and negotiations
- Assist in order processing and handover
- Identify new customers and market opportunities
- Submit daily and weekly reports
4. Key Performance Indicators
- Lead response time
- Customer calls and follow-ups
- Qualified opportunities
- Quotation and order conversion
- CRM accuracy
- Monthly sales contribution
5. Candidate Requirements
Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Experience: 1–5 years in sales or freshers with strong communication
Preferred: Experience in steel, infrastructure, or industrial products

- Strong communication (English & Kannada)
- Customer handling and follow-up skills
- Basic technical and commercial understanding
- CRM and MS Office knowledge

8. Authority and Restrictions

- Regular coordination with internal teams
10. Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + incentives (based on performance)
