Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a Video Verification Executive to handle video-based verification of customer documents for loan applications and promote shop insurance products to eligible customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct video verification calls with loan applicants
  • Verify customer identity and loan-related documents during video calls
  • Confirm personal, business, and financial details as per process guidelines
  • Pitch and sell shop insurance products to customers during or after verification calls
  • Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and terms clearly to customers
  • Achieve assigned insurance sales targets
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for discrepancies or follow-ups

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 Months of experience in Telesales 
  • Experience in selling insurance products is preferred
  • Familiarity with loan or MSME processes is an added advantage
  • Comfortable with video calls and basic computer systems
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
