Insurance Agent/Advisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent / Advisor to promote and sell insurance products while helping customers choose the right coverage for their needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or financial services. No English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Explain insurance plans, policy benefits, and coverage options to clients.
• Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer requirements.
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.
• Keep clients informed about new products and policy updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

• Education: 12th Pass
