Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities with the Project Manager and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams.
- Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Monitor project documentation, including BOQs, drawings, work orders, and approvals.
- Schedule client meetings, site inspections, and progress review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.
