• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Promote and sell broadband plans, WiFi packages, internet subscriptions, and service upgrades.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable connectivity solutions.
• Drive new customer acquisitions, renewals, and plan upgrades.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium plans, add-on services, and devices.
• Explain plan features, pricing, and benefits effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

• EligibilityMinimum 2 years of experience in International Telecom Sales.
