Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions at our authorized Bajaj two-wheeler dealership in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will handle vehicle invoicing, day-to-day tally entries, and assist with basic GST and financial reporting.

• Key Responsibilities
• Cash & Bank Management: Maintain the daily cash book, reconcile daily counter cash collections (cash, UPI, card, and finance payouts), and handle bank deposits.
• Vendor & Inventory Tracking: Record incoming stock/inventory (vehicles and spare parts) from the manufacturer and manage local vendor payments.
• Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Tax Compliance Support: Assist in compiling data for monthly GST filing, TCS, and TDS compliance.
• Education: Graduate degree in commerce or management (B.Com or BBA in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation preferred).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers with strong accounting basics are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (like Tally Prime) and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Language: Basic English and fluency in local regional languages (Kannada) to interact with the team and local vendors.
• Key Traits: High accuracy in data entry, honesty, and strong attention to detail
