About the Job responsibilities

Selected Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. 3D Design:

• Utilize Sketchup software to create precise architectural designs, including 3D floor plans, elevations, and sections.

1. Drafting and Design:

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Work closely with senior architects and designers to incorporate feedback and revisions into existing drawings and designs.

1. Construction Documentation:

• Assist in developing construction documents, such as schedules, specifications, and material lists, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

1. Site Work Management:

• Record and update site progress and maintain detailed daily reports regarding work advancements.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and schedules.

1. Recordkeeping and Coordination:

• Maintain daily records, including site material schedules and project documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies or issues during site supervision.

Skill(s) required

AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Rendering softwares, Photoshop, Bike riding, Basic microsoft skills, estimation work.
