Positions Summary

A Junior Technician plays a critical support role in the technical service department. The position is designed for individuals who are beginning their technical careers and are responsible for assisting senior technicians in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and testing machines.

-The Junior Technician ensures that machines received from customers are properly inspected, repaired, and tested before delivery. This role also focuses on learning technical skills, understanding machine components, and improving service quality.

-The purpose of this role clarity is to define responsibilities, expectations, and operational procedures to improve productivity, accountability, and service quality.

Exp:1-3 Years

Work days-6 Days- WFO

Education: Any Diploma/ITI/Graduate

Role Objective

-Support technicians in machine repair and servicing.

-Ensure machines are inspected and tested properly.

-Maintain workshop cleanliness and tool discipline.

-Learn product knowledge and technical troubleshooting.

-Assist in delivering quality service to customers.

Junior Technicians are expected to assist in servicing the agricultural equipment

They must understand basic working principles of engines, pumps, electrical components, and mechanical systems used in these machines.
