Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective clients based on leads and handle incoming queries regarding products or services.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Present product features, pitch services, and work toward meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and lead quotas.
  • Follow-Ups: Nurture prospects by calling back leads who previously showed interest or require additional information to close a deal.
  • Data Management: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and update CRM platforms to maintain clean, reliable contact databases.
  • Customer Support: Listen to customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, or relay feedback to the relevant departmen
