Marketing Executive

Job Summary The Client Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships by ensuring timely support, smooth communication, and exceptional service delivery. This role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Track and follow up on client requests, issues, and escalations.
• Prepare client reports, service updates, and performance summaries.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and service quality.
• Handle contract renewals and assist in upselling/cross-selling opportunities when required.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
