Job Description

Role Overview

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across the company's portfolio of brands, including Legendary, Bandidos, Autonity, and JB Racing. The role will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, community engagement, retail and e-commerce performance, and market expansion while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead the marketing vision and positioning for multiple brands within the motorcycle accessories, riding gear, performance parts, and lifestyle segments.
  • Strengthen brand awareness, market presence, and customer preference across domestic and international markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams to accelerate business growth.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity, messaging framework, and visual standards across all channels.

Digital Marketing & E-commerce Growth

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and performance advertising.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, engagement, and conversion strategies across digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to support D2C websites, marketplaces, and online retail channels.
  • Optimize website performance, customer journeys, and conversion funnels using analytics and customer insights.
  • Monitor digital marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous optimization and performance improvement.

Product Marketing & Commercial Support

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches across riding gear, motorcycle accessories, performance parts, and lifestyle merchandise.
  • Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and sales teams to align marketing activities with product roadmaps and business priorities.
  • Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and communication strategies.
  • Support revenue growth through demand generation campaigns and commercial marketing initiatives.

Community, Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Build and strengthen relationships with riding communities, motorcycle clubs, influencers, content creators, racers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute rider events, motorcycle tours, dealer meets, product demonstrations, launch events, trade shows, exhibitions, and motorsport activations.
  • Develop experiential marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Drive grassroots and community-led initiatives that strengthen brand advocacy and customer retention.

Retail, Trade & Channel Marketing

  • Design and execute trade marketing programs for distributors, dealers, franchisees, and retail partners.
  • Lead branding and visibility initiatives across retail outlets, dealerships, shop-in-shop formats, and experience centers.
  • Develop promotional campaigns, merchandising standards, POS materials, and retail engagement programs.
  • Support channel expansion and partner marketing initiatives to increase market penetration.

Content, Communication & Public Relations

  • Oversee the development of content for websites, social media platforms, blogs, catalogs, brochures, videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead brand storytelling initiatives that connect with riders, enthusiasts, and automotive communities.
  • Manage corporate communications, media relations, press releases, PR campaigns, and brand reputation management.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

Customer Experience & Loyalty

  • Develop customer engagement, loyalty, referral, and retention programs.
  • Leverage customer feedback, market research, and behavioral insights to improve customer experience.
  • Implement CRM-driven marketing initiatives to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through personalized communication and community engagement.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion metrics, and business impact.
  • Prepare marketing dashboards, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing investments and business decisions.

Budget & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, creative agencies, digital marketing firms, event partners, and vendors.
  • Evaluate and onboard strategic partners that contribute to brand growth and business objectives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams across brand, digital, content, events, and trade marketing functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, automotive trends, rider culture, and consumer behavior to maintain market leadership.
