Job Description:
The Laundry Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the company's laundry services, increasing customer acquisition, developing marketing campaigns, managing social media, building business partnerships, and driving sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in new customer acquisition.
- Customer retention rate.
- Increase in monthly sales and revenue.
- Return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Social media engagement and lead generation.
- Brand awareness and customer satisfaction scores
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in laundry, retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
