Job Description – Service Engineer (OPPO & OnePlus Authorized Service Center)Position: Service Engineer
Locations: Jayanagar, Thippasandra & HSR Layout, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Service Engineers to join our OPPO & OnePlus Authorized Service Centers in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing smartphones while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair OPPO and OnePlus smartphones.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Replace defective components and carry out repairs as per company standards.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
- Follow quality and safety procedures during repairs.
- Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service updates.
- Support inventory management of spare parts and tools.
- EligibilityITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Experience in mobile phone servicing is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can also apply.
- Good knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
