Office Boy

Visit banks for cash deposits, cheque deposits, demand draft (DD) collection, and other banking-related work.

Collect and deliver documents to courts, clients, vendors, and government offices as required.

Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other office requirements.

Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing documents.

Support staff with day-to-day office activities and administrative tasks.

Arrange meeting rooms and serve tea, coffee, and water to clients and visitors.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and pantry area.

Receive, sort, and distribute courier, speed post, and other incoming mail.

Dispatch courier, speed post, and other official documents.

Assist in moving and organizing files, records, and office materials.

Monitor office supplies and inform the administration team when stock needs replenishment.

Help in loading, unloading, and arranging office materials whenever required.

Perform any other office-related work assigned by the management from time to time.
