Job Description
Ø Delivering documents & files within the office.
Ø Handling office materials, stock rooms, meeting room, guests, workstations, common areas etc.
Ø Ensuring all the items required for the services r available in the office.
Ø Receiving courier packages and sending couriers.
Ø Payment Cheque’s delivery to vendors & collecting payments from debtor’s.
Ø Getting items from various places whenever required.
Ø Assisting in minor maintenance or repairs if needed.
Ø Handling office errands, such as purchasing supplies or collecting payments.
Ø Helping in various administrative and office support.
Ø Maintenance and handling office bike giving it to service on time.
Ø Support during office events & gatherings.
Ø Assist with light administrative duties.
Ø Monitor & restock office supplies & pantry items.
Ø Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the office.
Ø Lunch timings 2:00 pm – 2:40 pm.
