Job Role: Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Operations Executive to manage daily fleet

operations and driver coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth driver onboarding and

attendance, maximizing driver productivity and earnings, handling collections, monitoring

operational compliance, and detecting/preventing fraud or misuse within the fleet.

The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, problem-solving ability,

and operational discipline, preferably with experience in logistics, mobility, fleet

management, or ground operations.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary point of contact for drivers for operational support.

● Coordinate with drivers on a daily basis and ensure timely start to supply availability.

● Monitor driver attendance, supply hours, and productivity.

● Help drivers maximize earnings and resolve operational issues.

● Conduct regular follow-ups with low-performing or inactive drivers.

● Monitor EV charging schedules, battery usage, and vehicle uptime.

● Handle collections, rentals, security deposits, and outstanding dues from drivers.

● Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle availability and maintenance scheduling.

● Detect and prevent fraud, misuse, or operational leakages.

● Prepare daily operational reports and share insights for operational improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate with 1–3 years of operations/field coordination experience.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

● Comfortable handling field operations and driver interactions.

● Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations.

● Basic Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
