Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible *Operations Manager* to oversee the day-to-day operations of our partner farmhouses and resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting properties, building strong relationships with property owners, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high service standards across all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit assigned farmhouses, resorts, and villas on a regular basis.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and managers.

* Coordinate and manage guest *check-ins and check-outs* to ensure a seamless experience.

* Ensure properties are guest-ready before every booking.

* Conduct quality inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality standards.

* Resolve guest and owner concerns promptly and professionally.

* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and on-site staff for smooth operations.

* Ensure all booking details, guest requirements, and operational updates are communicated accurately.

* Monitor property availability and operational readiness.

* Prepare visit reports and submit daily operational updates to management.

* Assist in onboarding new farmhouses and resorts onto the DestinMe platform.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service quality standards.
